Earning Freedom through Participation in Love
I am not owed freedom.
I am entrusted with it — through how I offer it to others.
Every right I seek is a reflection
of the dignity I uphold in another.
I do not demand to be heard — I become a listener.
I do not insist on being seen — I behold with presence.
I do not chase love — I offer it first.
I do not grasp for safety — I become a sanctuary.
I do not seize space — I make room for all to unfold.
In every participation, I unveil a truth:
The freedoms I long for, I must become.
I do not hold power over — I share power with.
I do not claim what others must lose — I give what all may gain.
I do not tokenize love, dignity, or care — Freedom is a mirror.
Let my offering be the permission I seek.
Let my presence be the space I long for.
Let my participation be the path to peace.
